FAQ

What counts as a message?

One recipient, one message. A batch to ten people is ten.

What happens when I go over?

On Solo, sending pauses at the monthly or daily limit and the API returns quota_exceeded until the next period. On Pro and Scale, sending continues and extra emails and attachment size are billed at the plan rate. We will not silently drop a password reset to protect an invoice.

Is it really unlimited?

Yes. Domains on Solo, Pro, and Scale, and team members on Scale, stay uncapped in ordinary use. We suspend or disable a workspace if we detect abuse. Read the fair use terms.
